Clinical Pilates

Pilates is a series of exercises used to help restore healthy, optimal movement. This includes improving posture and body awareness, as well as addressing muscular imbalances and core stability. The exercises are performed on a mat or other equipment (reformer or tower) to promote both strength and flexibility.
