
Hi everyone, Francesca here from Hollyburn Physio!
We’re so proud to be part of the West Vancouver community, and this summer we’re excited to deepen that connection by supporting something close to our hearts — Ambleside Park Run.
Park Run started in the UK, and I used to run them with my husband when we lived in London, rain or shine. It’s where we first got to experience the special running community Park Run creates and the magic that happens when people come together on a Saturday morning just to move. So it’s been such a joy to see Park Run thriving here in Ambleside, and we're thrilled they just celebrated their third anniversary!
On July 5th, we joined Ambleside Park Run for the first time this summer, offering post-run massage and physio advice for anyone dealing with tight calves, sore hips, or those little post-run niggles. We’ll be back every two weeks for the rest of the summer to support the Park Run crew. Come say hi on these upcoming Saturdays:
July 19, August 2, August 16, August 30, September 13, and September 27.
You’ll see me and a few of the Hollyburn team out there running too. We’re big believers in staying active and staying connected. Huge shoutout to the incredible volunteers who make Park Run possible every week — your energy and commitment are what make this such a special community and the event simply doesn't happen without you.
Whether you're chasing a PB or jogging your first 5K, we’ll be there to help you recover, stay injury-free, and keep moving strong.
