Mums often struggle to find time for everything—believe me, I get it! As a mum of two, fitting anything extra into my schedule is definitely a challenge. But as women (and mothers), there are important things we should know about our pelvic health. The real question is: how do we make space for these conversations?

For the past year, we've had the pleasure of partnering with Jorden Liteplo at Creative Connections Music Therapy and Meaghan Mak, owner of PlayWorks Physio (both also amazing Mum's of two), to “feed two birds with one scone.” One of the best time for mums to breathe is when our little ones are happily occupied. That’s why group music sessions became the perfect way to not only engage our children, encourage their motor skills and expose them to music and rhythm, but to connect with mums and answer questions about their physical health throughout their motherhood journies.

If you haven’t heard of Creative Connections Music Therapy, I wholeheartedly recommend checking them out. I drop in about once a month with the Milestones and Music classes to chat with mums, and if you’d like to join our next session, just reach out. I’d be happy to let you know when it’s happening!
