Treatment Philosophy
Her approach is grounded in the belief that effective physiotherapy is both highly individualized and deeply collaborative.
She views each client in the full context of their life and experiences, recognizing that physical recovery is influenced by a range of personal, lifestyle, and psychosocial factors.
By taking a holistic approach that considers all aspects of her clients’ experiences, she designs treatment plans that align with their goals, strengths, and preferences. Creating an experience that is not only results-driven, but also engaging, supportive, and sustainable.
Lina is passionate about helping clients regain confidence in their movements and bodies. Whether the goal is restoring ease in daily movement or returning to high-performance activity, she finds it deeply rewarding to support clients as they progress from pain and uncertainty to strength and independence.
Witnessing individuals achieve milestones they once thought were out of reach and regain abilities they feared were lost is what continues to inspire her work.
